01 | REAL BOXING

Train inside the gyms where Cuban boxing lives.

ORIGIN boxing camps bring fighters into authentic training environments alongside local boxers and Cuban coaches. Sessions take place in working gyms where boxing culture is practiced every day.

Participants experience the rhythm, discipline, and technical tradition that shaped generations of Cuban fighters.

02 | GUIDED IMMERSION

Experience Havana from the inside, with the right guidance.

Throughout the week, participants are accompanied by ORIGIN coach Leo Benarab, a certified European boxing coach who speaks French, English and Spanish.

Working alongside Cuban coaches, he guides training sessions and daily logistics so participants can focus fully on the experience.

03 | A STRONG GROUP

Train with people who take the experience seriously.

ORIGIN boxing camps are intentionally limited to a small group of motivated participants who share a real interest in boxing and personal progress.

This creates a focused training environment where fighters push each other, improve together, and share the experience of discovering Havana.

Havana is one of them.

Cuban boxing is known for its precision, movement and rhythm. For decades, the gyms of Havana have produced Olympic champions and world-class fighters.

Training here means stepping directly into that tradition.

Technical boxing session :
Footwork, defense, combinations and ring work.

Strength, conditioning and mobility work.

Recovery, cultural activity or exploration of Havana.

THE COACHING TEAM

Training during the Havana Boxing Camp is led by a small team combining Cuban boxing expertise with international coaching experience. Participants train alongside local coaches inside Havana’s gyms while being guided throughout the camp by the ORIGIN team.

LEO BENARAB

FORMER AMATEUR BOXER & Boxing Coach &

Leo Benarab is a French boxing coach, former amateur boxer, and founder of Origin Fight Camps.

After competing in amateur boxing, he focused on coaching and technical development, working with athletes of different levels.

Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Leo guides participants throughout the camp experience, inside the gym and beyond.

Reyssiel Alcalá Ruíz is a Cuban boxing coach based in Havana. He works daily with fighters in local boxing gyms, teaching the technical foundations of Cuban boxing.

His coaching focuses on movement, rhythm, defensive awareness and ring intelligence — key elements of the Cuban boxing style.

During the camp, Reyssiel leads technical sessions and shares the training methods used by generations of Cuban fighters.

Cuban Boxing Coach

Maikel Masso is a Cuban boxing coach who trains fighters in Havana. His work focuses on technical boxing, conditioning and disciplined gym training.

He works closely with athletes of different levels, helping them develop their timing, coordination and ring awareness.

During the camp, Maikel supports the training sessions and helps participants experience authentic Cuban boxing methods inside the gym.

Origin Boxing Camps bring together a small group of people who share the same obsession: boxing.

Participants come from different countries and different stages of their journey, but they all share the same mindset, the desire to train seriously, push their limits, and experience boxing where it truly lives.

For one week, they step into an environment built around discipline, progression and a shared passion for the sport.

All levels are welcome.

Participants are selected to create a motivated group environment, where everyone trains seriously and supports each other’s progression.

Welcome to ORIGIN Boxing Camp — Havana.

This camp brings together a small group of fighters for a week of immersive training inside historic Cuban boxing gyms.

The program includes daily technical boxing sessions, conditioning, and controlled sparring led by experienced Cuban coaches and the Origin team.

Participants will stay together in Havana and follow the rhythm of a traditional fight camp: morning roadwork, technical training, recovery, and sparring.

Group size is limited to 12 fighters to ensure high-quality training and coaching attention.
